Matthew W. McMurtrey received his B.A., cum laude, in 1993 from the University of California, Riverside, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. in 1996 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. Matthew's practice emphasizes estate and trust litigation, drawing on his background in employment law, securities, intellectual property and business litigation. Matthew is a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Trusts and Estates Law Section. He has appeared as a panelist for the California Continuing Education of the Bar.
